NDCA is showcasing a collection of soft pastels on paper by North Dakota artist Sherry Earl on the 18th floor (observatory level) of the ND State Capitol. Sponsored by NDCA's Featured Artist at the Capitol program, this exhibition featuring 29 artworks is open to the public through April 2026.
