Join NDCA staff including Executive Director, Kim Konikow, along with various Region 2 stakeholders, to learn more about the Request for Proposal for Arts Across the Prairie: Placemaking in Rural North Dakota in Region 2 (Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, Mountrail, Pierce, Renville, and Ward Counties), facilitated by Lillian and Coleman Taube Museum of Art.

The Region 2 project is called LIVING WATERS, PAINTED SKIES. The vision is for a permanent large-scale art installation, and the finalist’s proposals should reflect your affection for and attention to place. Rural communities/residents will be living with the artwork for a long time, perhaps generations. The finalist selection for this project will also require the ability to teach and share with others as we train future North Dakota artists in the outdoor installation process.

This is a free online webinar event through Zoom. If you are interested in attending, email arts@nd.gov by noon on Friday, November 10th to receive the Zoom link.

We look forward to seeing you there!
