The 2024 North Dakota State Poetry Out Loud Competition will be held on Monday, February 26^th at the ND Heritage Center and State Museum, Russell Reid Auditorium, Bismarck.

Residents from Region 3 are invited to attend a Community Gathering to learn more about Arts Across the Prairie and find out how they can participate.

Sponsored by Turtle Mountain Community College, NDCA and the NDSU Press, the event will recognize and honor a Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa (TMBC) citizen and former NDSU faculty member who has gained national attention for her scholarly and literary endeavors leading to this significant and historic legislative appointment.
